Motivation Monday - Write It Down

Welcome back to Motivation Monday with myself, Scott Riches. It has been another week and I really hope you are achieving your goals from when we last checked in. Last week I spoke about having No Excuses and that you were not going to make an excuse for something. If you have achieved something last week I would love to hear about it so please leave a comment below.

This week however, it is all about writing it down. Whatever goal you have, you need to write it down. If you don't write it down I guarantee you by Thursday you will have forgotten what it was you were achieving. Why? Because there are always distractions that will take you away from your goal. This cannot be helped but if you have it written down, or on your laptop or on your phone you can't forget about it as it's there, right in front of you, reminding you of why you are doing what you are doing.

So before you do anything else I want you to write down your goal and have it with you wherever you go. Make sure you do this now and don't forget to have an awesome week. Until next time....
