For many of you after having a great weekend with friends and family, being away from work and focusing on your training, Monday morning can feel like the worst day. I'm here to show you a different way of thinking and help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
No Excuses! In this first episode I am expanding on the importance of not giving yourself an excuse to get out of doing something. If you really want to achieve your goals then you need to tell yourself you aren't going to make an excuse. The road to success will take time and it will be hard but you won't get there unless you stop making excuses. It starts today, forget the excuses and concentrate on how you are going to make your goals happen!!
