Experts warn us that using multi vitamins may actually be a waste of money and time as they do not protect you from serious illnesses. Heart attack sufferers are prescribed to take more multi vitamins but experts are stating these will not help you.
In my opinion taking a multi vitamin isn't going to help and using one a day along with a healthy balanced diet will steer you in the right direction. I use a multi vitamin everyday and believe it helps my body with it's daily functions and helps keep my immune system in check. I believe this because being healthy is a whole package and solely taking a multi vitamin on it's own is going to keep you healthy. What do you guys think? Do you use a multi vitamin?
