Did you know that by performing very light cardiovascular exercise can help reduce DOMS which is also known as delayed onset muscle soreness.
So if your legs are aching the best thing for you could be a light walk as this promotes an increase of blood flow to these leg muscles. More blood flowing to the muscles will also increase a surge of oxygen which will help reduce the acidity within the muscles. a light cardio session alongside an effective stretch after will help keep your muscles relaxed and free from being tight.
