KEITH MASON banner final shatter review

We approached the ‘straight talking’ Keith Mason to take a look over one of the most talked about pre-workout supplements out there at the moment…Muscletech Shatter. We know if we give these products to Keith he will go head first into them, breaking them down bit by bit (similar to how he treated his opponents as a professional rugby player for Huddersfield Giants)!

We sent Keith some Muscletech Shatter a few weeks back, and he liked it so much he messaged for some more! Here’s what the man had to say…

Muscletech Shatter is an awesome product, I’ve tried many pre-workouts and this one helps me to go HARD into my session!

Muscle endurance

Shatter has large doses of beta alanine, which helps you to go beyond what you thought you had inside you! Beta-alanine is a buffer, meaning it goes around soaking up waste products from your training.

Muscle Pump

Shatter gives you the best pump, the l-arginine and caffeine give you muscle tearing pumps, which are a must in my training program.

The caffeine kick it gives me is unreal, I train pretty hard so the energy hit shatter gives me is all I need for a great work out. Workouts don’t seem so hard due to the ‘reduced perceived exertion’ that comes with a good caffeine hit. Caffeine can convince your head that you can go harder for longer, a must in my training.

To top it all off the tropical taste of shatter is refreshing and it kicks in within 10 minutes, so get your shatter now and you’ll know what I'm talking about!

Shatter tunes you in and psyches you up, it leaves me saying ‘Get the pump, I'm Keith mason, go smash some grapes!!’… and of course your workout too!

How does it mix?

It mixes very easily with water or you can mix it up with fruit juice, the taste is delicious! Whey protein after a workout is a must too, the two supplements go hand in hand.
