FACT OF THE DAY logo

You may think this is all very well, but now consider doing it in MIXED classes too, for some this may seem a step too far! Although I appreciate that yoga is spiritual, and spirituality is about being at one with yourself, I can’t help but think that naked yoga seems a little extreme myself. However, it seems I may be a minority considering that naked yoga has taken off in the US, and is now making a grand entry into the UK! So, if you’re into yoga then get ready to limber up…only this time with ya kit off!
