Natural Exercise Performance Enhancer Found In Fruit, Nuts And Red Wine

A natural compound found in red wine, nuts and various fruits may be an effective performance enhancer. High doses of resveratrol were found to improve physical performance, heart function and muscle strength during endurance training.

Researchers are now looking to create a performance enhancing pill using resveratrol and assess whether it can be used to improve heart function in diabetic patients with heart failure.
