The Nut Which Has A Greek Meaning Behind It

Can any of you guess which nut I am referring to? Well it is actually the walnut which has a Greek meaning 'Karyon' and this means 'head'. Did you know they call it this because the shell resembles a human skull and the walnut kernel itself looks like a brain. A handful of walnuts per day pack nutrients such as potassium, magnesium and other essential vitamins and minerals. Be sure to check out the human skull appearance of them and get some down you in your mid morning coffee break :)
