If like me you get a bout of the mid-morning and mid-afternoon munchies, then fear not, this quick and easy snack can be made in seconds. Simply cut half a banana into slices, spread approx 1-2 tspns of peanut butter on the rice cake, lay the banana in an even fashion and try to drizzle a tspn of honey over it without chucking it down yourself like I usually do! I have recently tried making a well out of the peanut butter to pool the honey in, but better still, try Manuka honey (UMF 10). Manuka honey is a little more expensive, but it won't run down your trousers, and it supports your immune system.

Half small Banana:
2x Teaspoons Peanut Butter:
