Which Olympian Athlete Tore His Hamstring 4 Weeks Before Mr O??

The preparation up to a Mr Olympia competition is a big thing and to remain injury free is something all athletes concern themselves with. Did you know that the infamous Big Ramy tore his hamstring four weeks before stepping on stage which really disrupted his training and prep. He couldn't do much cardiovascular exercise and had to leave glute and hamstring exercises out of his plan for recovery. He had therapy almost every day because of this and still stepped on stage looking amazing taking 7th place. Well done and good luck for the Arnold Classic this weekend in Madrid.
