Demand for Omega 3 supplements has consistently grown in recent years, this is in part due to research developments and a growing health conscious society. A paper released in 2014 called the Brasky Paper aroused people’s interest because it questioned omega 3’s benefit outside of heart health and brain function, but the research supporting its benefit to joint health and integrity is still there, and it doesn’t appear to be slowing omega 3’s rise in the market. Omega 3 supplements are now thought to be worth in the region of 25 billion euros, and it is for very good reason too.
