How many of you are trying to see a change in your physique but aren't seeing it happen? Did you know that if you push for one more repetition whilst exercising then you are more likely to see a change in your body. If you stick to the amount of repetitions you have been doing for a while now your body will adjust and you won't see results. If you push for one more repetition then you are going to shock your body and put extra stress on the muscles which will result in change.
My advice to you is simple. When you next exercise if you usually hit 10 repetitions, I want you to hit 11. This will make a big difference to your body and the results will be of a positive nature.
