How You Know When You Are Going To Need To Pee...

A bit of a quirky post but a fact no less that might come in handy in you are often on the road and have to make frequent pit stops for a pee! Did you know your bladder can hold on average between 400-600ml and it is usually when it gets to the 300ml mark you are going to need to go to the toilet. Your bladder will hold this for 4-5 hours but if you are regularly drinking soft drinks, alcohol and diuretics such as coffee then you will go more often.

So next time you set off on a long journey, sip your water instead of taking large gulps as you will be filling up your bladder quicker than you think. It will also help limit those rest stops ;)
