What Is The Difference?

PhD have dominated the Weight Management scene for a long while with the very popular PhD Diet Whey. Sugars are kept low by avoiding the use of Maltodextrin or Fructose as a carbohydrate source, with only 0.8g sugar per serving which again is lower than that of Diet Whey.

Whilst the protein percentage is slightly lower than Diet Whey at only 50% protein, the idea as stated, is to create a nutritionally balanced meal as opposed to a lean muscle building powder. That isn’t to say it doesn’t contain adequate protein at 26g Protein per 55g serving, around 7g more than PhD’s Diet Whey in a single serving.
