PhD Nutrition Diet Whey Lean MRP Vs PhD Diet Whey

In today’s product review, we are looking at the relatively new Diet Whey Lean MRP by PhD Nutrition.

This product has followed the huge success of the immensely popular Diet Whey.

As part of their weight management range, PhD have devised this meal replacement shake to suit your needs whilst also adhering to your weight loss plan and goals!

In the video attached, I have looked at the differences and similarities of the new product compared with the diet whey, and when would be ideal to take each product.

Diet Whey Lean MRP

This product looks similar to the Diet Whey but is vastly different when you look closely and look at the nutritionals in detail.

For example, the Diet Whey Lean contains added carbohydrates and increased protein, as well as being made with wholegrain oats.

The fibrous content of the oats helps to fill you up for longer, and thus becomes more of a full meal when compared with the Diet Whey shake. Complex carbohydrates are digested more slowly, giving a more sustained release of energy throughout the day.

This product is great to be used on the go, especially if you are travelling for example and are struggling to consume high quality meals. Additionally, this is also great if you’re struggling to hit your daily protein intake for the day.

It is not recommended to permanently rely upon meal replacement supplements daily, however they can be highly useful and convenient on occasion and when necessary.

PhD Diet Whey

This product should be your go to if you’re looking to increase your daily protein intake.

Personally, I like to use this product with foods such as porridge and cereal, as it makes a more complete meal.

It is low in calories, high in protein, low in fat and sugar, thus making it the perfect diet companion whilst also adhering to improving your body composition.
