6x Custard Creams
1x PhD Smart Bar Salted Fudge Brownie
180g Light Philadelphia
150g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
1 Scoop PhD Smart Protein Salted Caramel
1 Whole Egg
1 Egg White
Begin by making the biscuit base, simply crush the custard creams in a freezer bag and mix in the melted lurpak.
Spread evenly onto a greased baking tin and press down using the bottom of a glass. Then place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
Then in a separate mixing bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients until smooth making sure that there are no lumps or air bubbles.
Pre heat your oven to 160 degrees and spread your cheesecake mix on top of your partially frozen biscuit base, then bake for 25-30mins.
For a more even bake and to avoid the top of your cheesecake burning, cover it in tin foil and pierce air holes before baking.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
