The Power Of Music, Did You Know...

The Power Of Music! Did you know that music has the capabilities to make you feel upbeat and more positive. Music works on the part of our nervous system which is responsible for controlling our blood pressure, heartbeat and brain function. In particular the part of the brain that controls feelings and emotions. This system reacts sensitively to music.

Music could help with tension problems? If you suffer with tight shoulders, neck pain or even some back pain. Playing some soothing tunes could help with helping to relax you and slow the heartbeat and blood pressure. By doing this it will help you relax the muscles, perhaps you tense on a regular basis without knowing.

And it goes without saying, that listening to music during your workout will improve that too. By listening to music you are concentrating solely on your workout and blocking out any distractions. My tip to you, get a set of headphones, sort a playlist and let the music do all the talking.
