I hit the gym most mornings. I have porridge with soya milk (lactose intolerant), soya protein powder, creatine, glutamine, peanut butter & strawberries. Basically same as above, good carbs, protein, supplements, fruit. Plus I also have a polish energy powder drink, super anabolic workout. Keeps me going through a good long heavy workout!
