Last week we spoke about the importance of turning negative experiences in positive ones. Remember what doesn't know you down only makes you stronger and push you further. Today and for this week however I was you to concentrate on being prepared and having a plan. When you have a plan you are ten times more likely to succeed and follow it through than without one. So make sure you know this week when you should be eating, working out and supplementing. Don't give yourself an excuse not to and make it happen this week!!
