A Prison Gym Taking Things REAL Seriously!

WHATS IN THE NEWS logo

Ever seen those TV programs of prison inmates and the lives they lead when behind bars? They can make for an entertaining watch and a stark reminder for not breaking the law! The video below shows the prison from a different perspective, it shows some big, strong and (in many cases) dangerous dudes all wanting to maintain serious strength and muscle mass either to deter threatening behaviour, to look good (or intimidating) or to have the strength and power to defend themselves should they need to. Who knows what their reasoning for training so intensely is, heck, maybe it’s all they have in the penitentiary.
