All too many times I speak to people who do not bodybuild but won't take protein because they think it is only associated with that sport. This is very incorrect and this is why.... Did you know that protein helps with recovery and repair of your muscles so even when you are out running, cycling, swimming, fencing, mountain biking etc you are putting your muscles under a physical demand. This demand means they will break down and need PROTEIN to repair the muscle so that it is stronger and recovered properly.
Protein is essential if you exercise and it won't make you bulky, it helps improve performance and increases recovery times. Say bye bye to aches and pains with protein :)
