Protein Freak Shake Easy Recipe Ideas

Freak Shakes have been around for a while, migrating from Australia to the UK. Whilst we all know they taste like heaven, they’re going to be hell on your workout routine. An average Freak Shake will clock in at around 1,500 calories each, which equals around 2.5 hours of swimming or 2 hours of running.

So, being the kind souls that we are we’ve come up with a way to combine everybody’s favourite things; your post work out protein shake…and the belly busting indulgence of a pudding in a glass.
