New Public Health Campaign To Help Families Make Smarter Food Choices

There is a new public health campaign being launched in England whereby families who sign up to this will receive money off vouchers on their groceries. The government are basically making more of a push for consumers to make better food choices by avoiding sugary and salty foods.

A 2 litre bottle of fizzy drink can contain 52 lumps of sugar. Public Health England has set aside £840,000 worth of vouchers for those who sign up to the campaign.

Personally I believe this is something the UK needs as there are a lot of people who unfortunately aren't educated in this area. This campaign should help steer people in the right direction, keep more of healthy and ultimately give you a happier life :)
