With the weather getting warmer, the sun being out and the days lasting longer, it's about time we got out there and enjoyed it. So this week I want you to put a 'spring' in your step <no pun intended> and while the sun is out, get out there and make the most of it. Go out for walks, exercise outside in a park rather than the gym, go for a run along the coastline. On your morning coffee breaks take it outside and breathe in the fresh air around you. Do as much of this as you can because it is going to make you feel so much better than just being stuck inside.
