Here are some quick fire tips that will help when training your legs, especially if you are used to the same exercises week in, week out! Did you know that when you have your feet close together you will mostly work the middle and outer quadriceps muscles, whereas when the feet are wider and turned out, you will work the inner quadriceps.
When performing a lunge turn the foot in slightly to work the glutes (bum) muscles more than the actual leg, great for the booty!
While on the leg press, have your feet high on the platform to engage the hamstrings and glutes rather than your quadriceps.
