As a successful star on the Westend stage, Ray Quinn had always been in reasonable shape, until recently when he gained 2 stone and ate a diet of crisps, pizzas, fizzy drinks and numerous other empty calories. In his preparation for the Dancing on Ice series Ray ditched the takeaways and junk food which helped him to lose the 2 stone he had previously gained. Not only that he succeeded in toning up and developing some impressive musculature. He now puts this great conditioning to use when he regularly tops the Dancing on Ice leader board. He is now a shredded 8% body fat compared to his 20% a few months ago.
