90 year old grandfather who is still staying active and healthy says eating spinach is his secret. He walks two miles to the gym three times a week and performs an hour routine whilst there.
Vegetarian male who lives off spinach and Guinness is still going at the age of 90 claiming that these two foods help give him enough protein for his biceps. He performs different exercises in the gym and hats off to the guy for doing so. We love to read this :)
