More Reasons To Eat Fruit

How many of you eat fruit? This may sound like a silly question but recently I have spoken to different people that say they won't eat it because of the sugars inside and they are trying to watch their weight. This post will hopefully change your mind. You all know that fruit has many health benefits that will keep your body and immune system healthy. Fruit is a must!! Did you know that fruits like cherries help calm your nervous system, grapes relax your blood vessels and apples help your body develop resistance against infections. Oranges help maintain great skin and vision whilst watermelon helps control your heart rate. Strawberries can potentially fight against cancer and kiwis increase bone mass. Sounds good right?

Next time you go to the supermarket, proceed to the fruit aisle and stock up on some of your favourites. Fruit should be a staple in your diet, do not limit yourself of these wonderful, healthy packed foods!
