Recover Properly With A Good Night's Sleep

If you exercise regularly and eat a healthy balanced diet but still find yourself tired and not seeing the results you want, it could be because you are tired. Did you know when you sleep your recovery takes place and the more sleep you can get the better your recovery will be. Anywhere between 5-8 hours sleep is perfect and muscle repair, cell repair and other repairs take place so it is really important that you get enough sleep.

Have trouble sleeping or drifting off? Be sure to avoid bright lights 30 minutes before you go to bed which includes tv or using your mobile phone. Instead read a book or perform some light stretches to relax you. Furthermore, why not use a ZMA supplement which will help promote the release of melatonin within the body which will help you sleep better :)

Good points Scott! Some of the main causes of sleep problems is the amount of stress in our everyday lives. It's important we all try and leave our troubles at work if we're in with a chance of getting some good quality rest.
