Reducing Your Calories May Help You Live Longer

Reducing calorie intake by just 10 per cent could help people live longer according to new research. Cutting calories could help the ageing process and prevent you from many diseases out there. Tests have been done on Monkeys at the University of Wisconsin and compared ones who ate whatever they wanted to ones on a strict amount of calories per day. Results show that those who ate less had better health and those that ate more increased their chances to risk of disease.
