Brief Reflection On An Unforgettable Crossfit Experience

Elite Crossfitters are an amazing breed, many feel they are some of the most dedicated and all round fittest athletes in the world, I mean who else can clean and jerk 100+kg, as well as sprint for approx 100m, maintain 400m sprints only to immediately go into 20x 30kg kettlebell presses without even batting an eye lid...take it from me, not many! I alluded to one Virginia Rousseau who competed at the Battle of London, 2014 who was thought to be a member of the French S.W.A.T Team in her spare time. Similarly Sam Briggs, the fittest female athlete in the world is also a Firewoman, so you see that in order for these athletes to become the best at their sport, some serious compromises and sacrifices have to be made in order to fit the time in to train, perform and earn a living!
