Ever wondered if you spend too much time at the gym and you might actually be addicted to the feeling of working out? Do you spend most days/nights in the gym rather than being at home or out with friends? Have you ever thought to yourself you might actually be in a relationship with the gym? Yup, you read that right, is your swolemate actually the gym? Here are some quick pointers to find out if you are indeed secretly tied to the gym ;)

Do You Workout Most Nights?

Unfortunately, saying you exercise most nights of the week because you want to remain healthy isn't enough to convince us here that secretly what you're saying is, I don't want to let the gym down by not being in there. If you workout most nights then it's safe to say, you have a soft spot for this environment.

Go To Bed Excited?

Do you go to sleep excited for the next day because you know you're going to be exercising? Have you recently joined a new gym or started a new type of workout and it leaves you feeling really excited? This is another sign that what you're actually feeling is love for the gym and not exciting.

Do You Hate Rest Days?

If you aren't a fan of rest days and you even though you tell people you are having one but still go to the gym shows you love the gym more than you think. The less you rest the more likely it is you are in love with the gym #sorryfolks

Do You Use Supplements?

If you are nodding your head to this one then you are even further in love than what we originally thought and your relationship is a lot stronger than we originally thought.

Do You Train At Weekends?

Oh look, another reason which means you could be in more of a relationship with the gym than you already thought. Do you go to the gym at the weekends instead of going out with your friends? Do you tend to get a good nights sleep on a Friday and Saturday night so you are fresh to go to the gym in the morning?

Of course this is just a joke, no one is really in a relationship with the gym are they? If you know someone who you think is more in love with the gym and being healthy than anything else, give them a tag!
