Help Release The Discomforts Of Back Pain

For some of you back pain is not just a pain in your back, it is also a pain in the butt!! It can hinder you from performing certain tasks and will also leave you feeling in discomfort for hours on end. Relieving tight muscles is one way of helping release back pain and it will help improve things like posture and your happiness. Here are 3 easy stretches you can do daily that will help free your tight muscles.

Lion Pose -  Start this stretch with your hands and knees on the floor representing a table top stance. From here arch your back and push your hands into the ground. You should start to feel a stretch in the back. Hold here and relax. Perform this for 10 seconds for 3 times.

Standing Arch Stretch - Feet slightly apart, bend over from the waist and with your left arm take hold of your right knee and your right arm takes hold of your left. Take hold of your legs and again arch your back so you feel a good stretch in the back muscles. 10 second hold and perform 3 times.

Knee Tuck - Whilst standing, tuck one knee into your stomach. At the same time as bringing your knee in, push out with your knee against your hands. This can help release tension in the lower part of your back.
