Did you know if you restrict your calories throughout the day, you are less likely to burn fat as you are slowly DECREASING your metabolism. Why is this the case? If your body is used to burning a certain amount of calories per day, this means your metabolism is used to burning the certain amount of calories. If you then decide to drop your calories, over time, your metabolic rate will also drop, because it's not needed to burn the amount of calories it was doing before.
You should also know that if you skip meals and restrict the calories you put into your body for a short period of time, and then increase them, you can gain weight quite quickly. I will be doing a video on this topic where I will be going into more detail. Stay tuned for this
