An interesting little amendment you can make to your current bench press is simply changing your grip. Next time when you come to benching, simply revert from your regular overhand grip to an underhand grip in order to bring your triceps into play! The tricep contributes to the thickness of the arm as well providing a nice aesthetic in a short sleeved shirt.
