Reverse The Grip To Get Those Razor Sharp Triceps!

An interesting little amendment you can make to your current bench press is simply changing your grip. Next time when you come to benching, simply revert from your regular overhand grip to an underhand grip in order to bring your triceps into play! The tricep contributes to the thickness of the arm as well providing a nice aesthetic in a short sleeved shirt.

Want to vary your tricep workouts…then give this a try. Just be sure to adjust the weight accordingly because you will notice this small adjustment means you can no longer bench what you ordinarily would!
