Role Models And Inspiration Will Keep You Motivated

For many of us we are positive and upbeat people. We look on the bright side of life by planning and setting new goals. We do this so that we stay motivated and continue to better ourselves as human beings. However, sometimes we get knocked down and the easy option will be to quit but I don't want you to do that and I know deep down inside you don't want this to happen either. Here are some quick fire tips to help you stay inspired and motivated through the tough times when you are considering giving up....

Role Models 

How many of you have someone or a group of people who you look up to? Most of you will have someone in your life who you turn too for inspiration, courage and motivation. Don't feel embarrassed by this as the people you look up to and call a Role Model will also have someone they look too. Let me tell you something, it is very difficult to stay motivated and upbeat all the time, it is only natural that sometimes you are going to need a lift. A role model will do exactly that, pick you up when you need it.

Staying Motivated

Possibly one of the hardest attributes in all of us is to stay motivated. How do you stay positive all the time? This is something you will need to channel within yourself. A great way to start is by checking into my Motivation Monday video clips that are posted up every Monday morning to help you accomplish something great for the week. Set yourself small goals that you can realistically obtain. So if you want to lose weight, gain weight, build some muscle, get a new job etc then set a small goal that will help work towards these. Think how satisfied and happy it will make you when you reach your goals. You are going to feel great and it won't stop there as once you achieve one goal you will want to keep achieving. It can get addictive but there is no better way to act and feel than achieving your goals and staying motivated.

Choose Your Circle

If your main goals are to change your body and its appearance then staying positive and motivated is crucial. If you are negative a lot of the time it is likely your body will store fat. You will also make bad choices with your nutrition and generally feel like you can't be bothered to stay fit and healthy. That is all a bit doom and gloom isn't it, and there is a way out of it. Choosing your circle of friends is really important. Who you hang around with, who you socialise with and spend your time with will influence your decisions. So, choose friends and colleagues who are on the same page as you. Choose ones that are going to lift you when you are down and encourage you to take on new challenges. If you socialise with happy, positive and motivated people you will never see a bad day again, that is a promise!!

Set A Goal

Now you have the tools and the mindset in place to change and develop yourself, there is time for just one last thing. Set a goal. Whilst you are reading this there will be different ideas taking place inside your mind and you will already have a goal that you want to accomplish. Write this goal down and make it realistic so you can achieve it.
