We are back to Monday and today I want you to look at how you can take it to the next level! In order for you to reach success and achieve your dream you are going to have to sacrifice something. For some of you if you like to have a drink, eat bad meals etc then it is time to change. When you sacrifice something to achieve you goal you are taking yourself to the next level.

So for this week think how you can sacrifice one thing in order to achieve your dream and don't stop until you get there :)
