The Samples From The BodyPower Expo 2014

This weekend brought in the BodyPower Expo for another year and what a fantastic weekend it was in Birmingham, at the NEC. Most of you will have walked away with various different samples and goodies of proteins, pre workouts, fat burners, bcaa formulas and so on. First and foremost, going to an expo like this is great for motivation and getting out of a plateau you were in before you went. Secondly, coming away with different products to try is also great as it allows you to test and see which protein or bcaa formula works best for your body without having to spend money trying them all.

Your Samples

Take a look at your bags with all the different goodies inside and when you get back to normality (if you are anything like me, it's like Christmas when you get all these supplements) look at them all. Take a moment to sort them out into different piles so you can determine which ones you are going to use on certain times of the day. While you have them separated take a look at the ingredients, work out how much protein you get per serving and such like. This is a great way to see what these products actually deliver and how well they compare against their competitors.

Trial And Error

This really is the best time to trial all the products you have to see what works best for you and your training. Remember, supplements are only a small part of reaching your goals but they do come in handy. If you have been using the same protein for a while now you probably have a good 5 or 6 new ones to use and see how you get on with them. Remember most of the proteins you will have received at the show, will be on our site.

Ingredients check

Some of the supplements will try and win you over with their fantastic branding, colours and logos but don't be fooled by all of this as they might be trying to cover up the fact they aren't as good as others. So be sure to double check what you are mixing up and putting in your body, it's important you get all the nutrients you need for them money you could be spending on these supplements.

So be sure to have a look at the samples you have got and give each of them a fair test so that you can decide which ones are good for your body.
