Save The Planet AND Yourself By Eating Less Meat…

Yet another study has come out asserting the impact that eating less meat could have on our planet. Whether you believe the Greenhouse gas problem is overhyped or not, the facts remain that methane release is almost certainly warming earth’s environment! The problem with meat is that it comes from animals, and to meet demand there has to be a LOT of animals, and the problem with this is that a LOT of animals means a lot of methane is released into the environment.

Changing the amount of cattle and poultry we produce is a sure fire way to save the planet, but an added incentive is that too much red meat is almost certainly increasing your risk of developing heart disease and some cancers. Is it time we changed?
