In an attempt to put a stop to those rumours that McDonalds puts ‘pink slime’ and ‘human meat’ in their burgers, they have decided to open the doors to their factory. The company have been hurt by the myths and rumours and so have decided to go head on. Inside the documentary the world’s biggest food chain showed how they processed 400,000 pounds of meat a day and confirmed that their burgers are indeed 100% pure beef. Whether or not this is a good thing is debateable, this may only encourage people to eat more of the food that has already heavily contributed to an obesity epidemic over the last decade. This said, if you’re gonna get fat, at least it’s good to know you’re doing it via animal meat…AND NOT HUMAN!
