Did you know that in an average teaspoon of semen there contains approximately 150 mg of protein?? What is more interesting is the fact that different foods can change the acidity and sweetness of it. Red meat, dairy products and coffee can make your sperm bitter and acidic while fruits and vegetables help keep it sweet.
Semen could be seen as being healthy for you containing only 20 calories and made up of vitamin C, calcium, protein, zinc and a little bit of sugar. Who knew that these swimmers had so much goodness inside them, well now you do ;) I wouldn't advise adding it to your protein shake however, maybe share with your partner as a 'good to know' fact :)
