Jennifer Anniston, 46, showed off her toned arms at the Oscars and she looked fantastic. She works out three times a week with her long term training partner and she spends time doing yoga and spinning classes. Other days she will do core work, running and some weights. Jennifer believes that yoga and exercise is the perfect stress buster to help keep her chilled.
