The Secret To Being Skinny

Results of a new study show that regular sleeping patterns including going to sleep and waking up at the same times daily will keep body fat levels low, especially on women. Poor sleep quality affects the bodies hormone levels and could lead to being more hungry.

Researchers studied the sleeping patterns of 300 women aged between 17-26 years old and noticed that those with regular sleeping patterns had lower levels of body fat. So sleeping between 6 to 8 hours and going to bed and waking up at the same times daily will help keep body fat levels low. If keeping your weight under control is important to you then adjust your sleeping patterns accordingly.
