Eating fish like sardines, mackerel and salmon can help reduce hearing problems found in elderly people. The US researchers looked at a study of 65,000 nurses between 1991 and 2009, noticing that those who ate oily fish twice per week were 20% less likely to develop hearing problems. Oily fish has  other great benefits like improved skin, hair, nails and helps keep connective tissue and joints strong.
