Sometimes the day can escape you and the workout you wanted to perform can slowly turn into a workout that didn't happen. This is the last thing you want to happen because a failed workout doesn't get you any closer to the results you want to see. So if you are short on time and don't think you can factor in an hours session, 30 minutes is better than 0 minutes right? If you find yourself in this situation I recommend doing a workout based on performing super sets only by working opposing muscle groups to maximise your session. Give it a try the next time you are running short of time, you will be surprised the amount of work you can put into a 30 minute session...
