Sinister Labs Sinfit Bar Review

If you haven’t already, now would be a great chance to read our review of the Sinister Labs cookies here.

With 7x 212 Mr Olympia Flex Lewis as the face of the brand, and incredibly cool packaging, we had high expectations for these bars. Available in four 4 flavours; chocolate, caramel, cinnamon and peanut butter, these are an oven baked double layer bar with protein crispies and a thick coating. Coming in at 350 calories each, these are teetering on meal replacement territory for most, although at a whopping 83g bar size, you get a generous serving for those calories!

Protein: 30g

Carbs: 28g

Fat: 16g

The macros, as expected, are high across the board. With such a large helping of fat, these should keep you full for a long time. The whopping 30g of protein from whey concentrate and isolate is also a big help towards your daily goal. 8g sugar is contained in each bar- not particularly low, but less than most flapjack or cookie style bars coming in at those total calories.

Peanut Butter Crunch

My favourite bar of this range was the Peanut Butter. Like the SinFit cookie of the same flavour, this comes with a coating which tastes just like set peanut butter. It is rare to find a protein product with a convincing peanut butter taste, but this does just that! The Cinnamon Crunch was also outstanding, this one comes with a white chocolate outside.

Who we recommend them for:

  • hard gainers
  • those in a bulk
  • anyone struggling to find the time to meal prep

These bars are suitable for anyone following a gluten free diet.
