How many of you exercise your leg muscles?? Did you know there are over 40 muscles in the lower part of your body that are neglected when you don't squat or perform leg exercises. Are you one of these people that don't train your leg muscles?? I agree, leg sessions are possibly the hardest but they are also the most effective for weight loss, strength and lean muscle gains.

With so many muscles being worked in a single session it is possibly the ultimate fat burning session. The more muscles you work the more calories you will burn. What happens when your body burns excess calories that your aren't consuming? Exactly, you could start to lose weight and burn FAT!! Do not skip leg day and make your session an epic one!!
