Do You Use This Before Sleep??

Did you know that you can use a 'night time' protein called Casein that is slow releasing and will give you a drip feed of protein throughout sleep. The moment you close your eyes and drift off into a deep sleep, is the moment your body starts to truly heal and recover itself from the day you have had. Casein is similar to whey but takes a lot longer for the body to break it down, in some cases this can be up to 6-8 hours because the protein isn't so acidic and therefore absorption rates are slower than that of whey. Some research will indicate that using a Casein will help you recover better but like always, trial it and see how it works for you :)
