Sniffing Certain Foods Improves Your Diet

Smelling certain foods like fruit can help trick your brain into thinking you are giving it something healthy. A recent study saw a group of people in one room and another group in a pear scented room. The two groups were assessed on which foods they picked to eat which resulted in the pear scented group choosing the healthy options. Usually there is a battle with what your eyes see but scientists have new research that shows smelling fruit will help you pick healthier choices.

Why not try it out for yourself and see if sniffing fruit actually helps you opt for something healthier than what you were set out to eat.
