Are You A Snorer? Matchbox Sized Device May Help Regulate Breathing

If you’re anything like me then sleeping isn’t an issue, mercifully I can fall asleep pretty well after my 6.15am morning gym session and my 6.30pm evening session. Despite my good fortune, many people struggle to sleep no matter how much physical activity they do, heck, and even if they can fall asleep many will keep everybody else awake because of their snoring! But not much longer…Now a new study has suggested that a device fixed under the skin around the collar bone region, with a wire attached to a nerve may help to regulate snorers breathing. Snoring can be emotionally and physically for the partners, family members or friends of people that snore, so this will come as refreshing news for many!
